Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Extreme Solution, you will be the face of our innovation. Your ability to bridge the gap between complex cloud infrastructure and tangible business value will be the key to your success.
This is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt. Candidates must be located in the Greater Cairo area.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects through targeted research and outbound outreach
Own the first touchpoint with prospects, conducting structured discovery calls to uncover business needs, pain points, budget, and decision criteria
Qualify leads against clear criteria to ensure only high-conversion opportunities enter the sales pipeline
Insight-Driven Discovery
Go beyond basic data collection — extract actionable insights about the customer’s business, challenges, and buying intent
Clearly define use cases for Google Workspace / Google Cloud based on client needs
Identify key stakeholders and map the decision-making process
CRM Excellence & Pipeline Quality
Maintain high-quality, insight-rich CRM records that enable sales to act immediately without re-qualification
Ensure all opportunities are properly scored, prioritized, and tracked
Take ownership of pipeline hygiene and data accuracy
Strategic Handover to Sales
Deliver sales-ready leads with deep context and needs analysis to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
Sales Lifecycle Support: Partner with the sales team for seamless handovers and stay engaged post-transition to drive deal progression.
Sales Alignment & Impact
Drive pipeline and revenue growth by analyzing market trends and collaborating with sales to optimize lead quality and messaging.
Qualifications Required
To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic thinking, technical curiosity, and a drive for growth. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the Technology or SaaS sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Workspace is essential. Knowledge of similar productivity and collaboration suites—such as Microsoft 365, Zoho Workplace, or Slack Enterprise—is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working within cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack) and a strong command of modern CRM tools.
Core Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should be highly organized, a natural problem-solver, and a collaborative team player.
