We retain personal information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Subscription Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in this Policy, Extreme Solution shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of any personal information, if such loss is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. The term force majeure event shall mean any and every event that cannot be performed due to causes that are outside the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural calamities or disasters, computer hacking or other similar events that could not be evaded through the exercise of due care.

Your Rights to Accessing and updating personal information

You have the right to

As a security measure, we may need specific information from you to help us confirm your identity when processing your privacy requests or when you exercise your rights. 

Any request will normally be addressed free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable administration fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. 

We will respond to all legitimate requests within one (1) month.  Occasionally, it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests.

(ii) To comply with law – Processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations

(iii) With your consent – Processing is based on the consent provided by you. We also seek consent to collect, process and store information when there is a change in policy or where there is involvement of information transfer or processing. Where we rely on your consent you have the right to withdraw it anytime.

Use by us for new purposes

Extreme Solution regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Extreme Solution’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Extreme Solution and an individual.
