Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Devise and execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads within our target B2B market segments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the most promising channels and tactics for reaching our ideal enterprise and SME customers.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels.
- Collaborate with sales to establish lead qualification criteria and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, identifying opportunities to boost ROI and conversion rates.
- Oversee landing page development and A/B testing to enhance lead capture.
- Track and analyze key metrics (lead volume, quality, cost per acquisition, etc.), providing strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Propose and manage external resources as needed, such as content writers, designers, or specialist agencies to augment your strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business administration, or other related studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience
The Ideal Candidate should have
- Proven track record of success in B2B lead generation, preferably within the technology sector.
- Expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve shared goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired (but not mandatory):
- Experience marketing cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead scoring models.
