Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and design migration strategies for Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace..
• Work with project managers, clients, and technical teams to define migration requirements and timelines.
• Perform migration assessments to identify potential risks and issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues and train users/ build self-help docs.
• Develop basic experiences with low code or no code platforms using AppSheet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Graduate of computer science is preferred but not mandatory (depends on the CV and skills)

The Ideal Candidate should have

• Good experience in at least one of the major Collaboration platforms (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
• Understanding of mail exchanger and DNS records, platform concepts available in Exchange/O365, spam and antivirus products, mail routing functionalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with traditional on-premises and enterprise mail and collaboration technologies
• Ability to recommend cloud-native approaches to solve customer business and technical challenges
